Broadband Management Services

Highlands & Islands Enterprise has invited applications to tender for Management Services necessary for the ongoing operation of the Connected Communities Broadband Network throughout the Western Isles.

Interested parties are required to complete a pre-qualification document within the stated timescales for the receipt of requests to participate. This pre-qualification stage will consider evidence of the economic, financial, commercial and technical standing of parties and/or partnerships expressing interest. The contract details can be viewed and obtained at http://ted.publications.eu.int

Completed application forms must be returned to Neil Watt at Atkins Telecomms, no later than Monday 25th April 2005.

Services include contract management of all equipment suppliers and service providers to the network, monitoring, control and reporting of SLAs, implementation, operation and control of Customer Relationship Management (CMR) application, asset management; financial control (to include inward and outward billing and reporting) and liaison with major stakeholders.
